Updates and backups go hand in hand. That’s why you need a long-term solution for both. Doing 1x updates and backups doesn’t make sense, since new updates are coming out all the time – even if it’s just for WordPress itself.

Every update has the potential to break a website. To prevent this and give manufacturers enough time to find solutions for this, our updates are made with a 7-day delay.

An automatic backup takes place before each update. There are regular backups and there are the automatic ones before updates. So you never have to worry about whether there is a backup or not.

Backups are generally stored on the website server. However, since this is not safe in case the server breaks and the website has to move, backups are also stored with us in the cloud. We use Google Drive for this purpose. If you want to use another provider, please let us know. We have a good selection that we can use.

With annual and 2-year terms, we update your website all the time and, of course, back it up constantly. This way you are always up to date and don’t have to worry about this area. Our recommendation is the 2-year term. This will save you 33% compared to the annual booking.
